|opis:||The hybrid body of a cutting tool contains a clamping part, transition part and cutting part. The transition part is made of a composite material with a content of the winded carbon fibers. The maximum body density is 6 g/cm3.
The clamping part and cutting part can be connected only by a self-supporting composite material. For a rotary option of a cutting tool, the transition part can contain an inner segment for a clamping screw.
During a production, the stock materials for the clamping part and cutting part are precisely machined in their joining surfaces at least. There is a stock material for the transition part made of a composite material fixed between them. The surface of the created stock material of the hybrid body is machined then for obtaining of the final shape.
Said body efficiently dampens undesirable vibrations during cutting process, is by 40 % lighter and quality (flatness) of resulting surface is increased by 20 %.
