ZoP Flexsilk (Flexible Silkscreen Printing Table)

Flexsilk is a flexible silkscreen printing table used to print images on top of a layer of fabric metal, wood and plastic. This table is a new and very unique design with flexible functionality, smaller size, minimal use of workspace and storage space and user-friendly storage space for all groups and especially disable people. The Flexsilk consists of three main parts: the frame, the platen, and the block handle. The foldable roller facilitates work in confined spaces and is easy to shop and transport from one place to another. The different shapes of the platen, such as children, adults, sleeves, and trouser legs, have been combined into one Flexsilk unit. With this product, you can save costs for all platen functions in one unit.The size of the table, which can be reduced by closing the platen, makes it easier to work in a confined space, such as night market, car boot sales, or at home. In addition, the Flexsilk frame can be automatically adjusted by remote and handphone bluetooth systems to the user's height, making this product suitable for everyone, including students in art classes and the disabled, especially wheelchair users.Other features such as the platen and 360-degree rotating plate handles reduce the movement of wheelchair users, as they do not have to move from one table to another, and they speed up the printing process. This product has enabled disabled people to earn an income. Flexsilk has been patented by Myipo to ensure that ownership rights are maintained. Over the years, Flexsilk has received numerous recognitions and awards at the national and international stages. Flexsilk has won GOLD medals at International Eureka, Malaysia Technology Expo 2021 (IPEX 2021), Special Award for MTUN, Most Innovative Product Award. First place in IRC 2021, first place in KPLB innovation competition, MARAtex hopeful award and GOLD medal International Geneva Inventions 2022. Flexsilk has developed a commercial strategy by collaborating with Daya Qurban Sdn Bhd, Zury furniture Sdn bhd, and Menara Tenggara Sdn Bhd in manufacturing and marketing the product. Flexsilk has also collaborated with Universiti Malaysia Pahang in the research and development of Flexsilk machines through the SRF Mosti grant. Flexsilk is also representing Malaysia as an exhibitor at the Malaysia Innovation Technology Summit in Dubai in conjunction with the 2020 Dubai Expo and has attracted investors to commercialize the products in Dubai. The project has also received a commercial grant of 50,000 ringgit and is working with the Malaysian Innovation Foundation, SME Corp Malaysia, and the Community Welfare Department in the commercialization of 12 units of Flexsilk machines. In addition, Flexsilk was offered an intellectual property grant of 15,000 ringgit from Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia and a pre-commercial grant of 20,000 ringgit from BITK MARA.
