|opis:||A microbial fuel cell is an electrochemical system, which converts the chemical energy existing in the organic and inorganic materials into electrical energy using a microorganism called biocatalyst. In this research, generation of bioelectrical flow in the microbial fuel system has been evaluated without an intermediary. Different sources were utilized as a catalyst such as substrates and anaerobic wastewater. Microbiol fuel cell consists of two containers, anaerobic container(anode) and aerobic (cathode)in an anaerobic container. The substrate is oxidized by the bacteria and as a result, electrons are produced. in order to establish a flow, the bacteria should carry the electrons to the solid anode. This process is called the extracellular transfer of electrons. Bacteria use different mechanisms for this transfer.
