Research Institute of Creative Education (RICE) is an institute operated in the field of general education. Our mission is to foster creativity and spark innovation; to promote integration of theory and practice; to encourage, engage and expose students to a wide variety of skills and concepts to become global citizens. RICE acts as a member of International Federation of Inventors Associations (IFIA - the global platform for invention and innovation and cooperates to pursue invention, innovation and experience activities. We are instructing high-school programs and organizing competitions in order to test ability in basic Science, English,… Authorized by the International Organizing Committee, RICE is honored to be the national coordinating unit to discover, foster and establish the Vietnamese team to participate in the annual international Science and Technology competitions in other countries. such as: Thailand, Switzerland, the United States, Poland, Korea, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, ... The participating Vietnamese teams have always received high praise from the International Organizing Committee with impressive achievements.
